I love finding a new organisation solution around the home and couldn’t resist recreating this design found on Pinterest! Those versions all used the American Elfa system which isn’t so easy to get hold of here in the UK, so I went on the hunt for an alternative!

Cue this version from good old Amazon!

Door storage rack – Link

The set comes in a few parts and the assembly is super simple!

First thing first, start with a clear door or wall to build it on.

You screw the long panels along the edges (measuring the distance of a basket in the middle) and clip the long panels together using the provided clips.

You end up with two long pieces along the edge which mean that you can slot the baskets and rails at any point you need them!

I placed a basket at the bottom and a rail further up to hold the wrapping paper, then further baskets above giving enough height for gift bags and ribbon.

The top baskets are equally spaced apart and currently hold multi-coloured ribbon and gift bows – think I need a few pots like the bottom row to store them neatly!

The ribbons are from Hobbycraft and Asda!

And that’s the overall storage system! Easy to install and full of uses – craft supplies, laundry supplies, dry food storage, toy storage etc.

Lots of love
