Master Bedroom Tour Update

We’ve made a few changes to our master bedroom since I wrote the last post so here is a little update!

The first thing we did was to use a wallpaper steamer and stripper to strip the old paper off of the feature wall.

We then put the new wallpaper up. If you fancy giving wallpapering a go you can find my easy step by step guide here

The wallpaper immediately changed the look of this room and added instant glam!

The cushions and throw remain the same as my original post but I changed the bedding to plain white for a hotel inspired crisp look. I tried three types of white bedding (Next, Asda and Amazon) and have found the Amazon one easiest to iron and maintain!

The throw draped over the chair was from a store called Three Boys Interiors which has unfortunately closed now.

For those that saw my Style at Home Christmas tree challenge insta stories last week, this throw is very similar to the one I showed and can’t wait to find a home for!

The wardrobe doors have been replaced with mirror doors to make the room feel so much bigger – you can read more about that here.

And a new chest of mirrored stiletto drawers has replaced the previous built in cabinet on the side.
